One of the things that bothers me most about my youth is that I never carried a camera.  I didn’t own one and never really thought about it.  Now I realize how much more vivid a memory is when you have a picture to trigger it, and knowing so much of our time in the band never got caught on film makes me wonder what I’m forgetting.  These pictures come from many different sources and I thank you all for having the foresight to take them.
